Apex Group is looking for an experienced and dedicated Investor Services to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Israel. This is a full-time role that comes with a favourable salary and benefits package.
As a member of the Investor Services team you will cover an assigned set of funds as a knowledgeable and professional point of contact for fund investors, fund managers and internal teams regarding fund documentation, investor registries and AML/KYC processing. You will also adhere to established policies, procedures, and controls.
In your first few weeks in this Investor Services role, you can expect to:
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and controls
- Work with implementation and other internal teams to onboard new fund investors
- Conduct and communicate AML and KYC checks for potential and current investors
- Collaborate with all relevant parties using effective verbal and written communication to ensure deadlines and client deliverables are being met in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain knowledge of assigned funds, fund timelines, deal documentation and related processes
