Apex Group is looking for an experienced and collaborative Client Compliance Administrator to join our inclusive team in Saint Helier. As a Client Compliance Administrator you'll support the Client Compliance Officers by undertaking compliance monitoring on various fund structures.

 

In your first few weeks in this Client Compliance Administrator role, you can expect to:

  • Assist with compliance monitoring in order to test a client's compliance with legislation in Jersey relating to money laundering, financing of terrorism and the countering of proliferation financing
  • Assess and provide recommendations and updates to internal systems and controls and policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with the regulatory framework
  • Assist with the monitoring of tasks concerning testing completed
  • Liaise with employees on day-to-day regulatory matters and assist with queries regarding relevant laws, orders or codes of practice

  • Knowledge of the Codes of Practice for Trust Company Business, Fund Service Business, Alternative Investment Funds, and Certified Funds
  • Expertise in the Handbook for the Prevention and Detection of Money Laundering, the Financing of Terrorism and the countering of Proliferation Financing.
