Vice President - Private Equity Operations

Location: Abu Dhabi

The principal responsibility for the position is the coordination and management of all administration functions relating to a specific group of clients.

 Responsibilities will include:

  • Review of Net Asset Valuation (NAV) files for a variety of Private Equity funds, ensuring their accuracy 
    and compliance with fund governing and regulatory procedure.
  • Review of annual financial statement.
  • Calculation and processing of fund capital calls and distribution.
  • Assist in the preparation and completion of the audit process for assigned relationships
  • Investor onboarding including AML/KYC documents review
  • Assist in staff collaboration and ensure that client deliverables are being met
  •  Responsible for the consistency and accuracy of assigned relationships
  • Submission of regulatory and tax filings on behalf of clients
  • Regular interaction with clients, fund directors and other relevant parties.
  •  Assist management with MIS reporting 


Applicants should possess (as a minimum):


 A detailed understanding of Private Equity and other close ended fund structures and the fund administration industry
 A detailed understanding of regulatory requirements
 8-10 years’ experience in fund accounting and a professional degree in accounting or finance
 Knowledge of e-Front preferred 
 An ability and desire to work to tight deadlines
 An ability to multi-task and manage projects
 Excellent interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with colleagues, clients, other stake 
holders
 Excellent organisational skills
 Excellent communication skills
