Account Manager, Real Assets

Description

Job specification
- Provide day-to-day accounting and financial reporting services to a portfolio of Real Estate, Private Equity and Venture Capital clients and structures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. You will also be expected to ensure that all the required business matters are performed promptly and satisfactorily, including monitoring tasks
- Provide day-to-day accounting and financial reporting services to a portfolio of Real Estate, Private Equity and Venture Capital clients and structures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Ensure that all daily matters required to be completed are performed in a timely and satisfactory manner, including monitoring tasks
- Prepare the accounting files for review by auditors, supporting the audit process to ensure the completion of deadlines
- Communicate with the tax bureau to understand the updated practices and be responsible for tax filing.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree or above; a major in accounting or related majors is preferred；
- 5-8 years of experience in fund administration, alternative asset management and/or public accounting
- Advanced knowledge and practice of PRC GAAP, US GAAP, PRC Tax Laws and Regulations, and Forex Regulations
- Knowledgeable in computer skills, including MS Office, Oracle, Efront or similar.
