What You’ll Do
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
- Bathing
- Personal hygiene
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Perform range-of-motion exercises and mobility assistance as directed
- Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Follow all agency policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment
- Support the delivery of patient-centered care that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence
Qualifications
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current Georgia Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB test documentation
- Valid state-issued identification
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
- Ability to accurately document patient care activities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate professionalism, dependability, and a positive attitude
Preferred:
- Pediatric home health experience
Schedule & Travel
- Full-time and part-time opportunities
- Flexible scheduling based on availability
- 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available
