Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

What You'll Do
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
- Bathing
- Personal hygiene
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility activities
- Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being
- Follow care plans and caregiver instructions
- Document care as required
- Build positive relationships with patients and families
- Communicate patient concerns and observations to clinical staff
Qualifications
Required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Active North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB test or screening as required
- Valid government-issued identification
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
- Ability to document care accurately
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required for patient care
- Ability to assist with transfers and mobility activities
- Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly
- Ability to work in a home care environment safely and effectively
Preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or medically fragile patients
- Home health experience
Schedule & Flexibility
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Flexible scheduling based on availability
- Day, evening, and weekend opportunities may be available
- Consistent one-on-one assignments
