All Roads, with over 40 locations in 12 states is searching for a Bilingual Recruiter to join us onsite in Dundalk, MD. We provide a fast-paced, high volume environment where you will assist candidates and provide an exceptional employment experience.
Salary & Compensation
- Salary range $60,000 - 75,000 based on experience
- Full time hours, Monday - Friday with flexibility to interview as needed

Responsibilities
- Create effective sourcing pipelines for current and future openings. Prior experience with Jobvite helpful.
- Execute recruiting strategies for open positions utilizing best practices.
- Assist as needed with the pre-employment candidate screenings (background, drug testing, driving records...)
- Perform positive and timely customer service functions by answering manager and candidate requests, questions and proactively finding solutions.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Other duties as needed.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Full time hours Monday - Friday with a flexible but consistent start time and availability to interview as needed after hours.
Travel
To company locations periodically to assist with building relationships, approximately 25%
