Regional General Manager - All Roads Trucks
Kenworth South Florida (Ft. Lauderdale, Riviera Beach, Naples & Ft. Pierce)
Bring your commercial truck management experience to All Roads Kenworth in South Florida. We are searching for an experienced GM who can move the needle! If you are a go-getter who is goal driven and ready for a new challenge, we want to talk to you! This role will be focusing on implementing growth strategies, managing budgets, mentoring team members and making an impact to the bottom line. Multi-rooftop and heavy duty/truck experience required. Ideal candidate has prior success in parts and service with a focus on sales.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Base salary ($150k) plus commission/bonuses
- Full Time Monday - Friday schedule

Responsibilities
- Manage daily business activities across 4 locations
- Develop and implement growth strategies
- Promote an exceptional customer service culture and strong work habits
- Enhance team productivity and improve internal processes
- Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfaction
- Monitor expenses and oversee financial performance
- Build strong partnerships with customers and vendors
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma required, College degree a plus
- 5+ years experience in commercial management (sales/parts/service)
- Experience managing multiple locations
- Proven success leading and managing company goals
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
