Vermeer All Roads in Cranberry Township, PA is searching for an experienced Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic to join our team. Put your skills to work repairing Vermeer machinery and components in a timely manner. Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly pay: $28–$35+ (based on experience)
- Production bonuses available
- Full-time schedule with flexibility – no nights or weekends

Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Service Manager
- Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems
- Perform welding and fabrication work as needed
- Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs performed
- Stay current with industry trends and technical advancements
- Communicate with the factory for technical support
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with hydraulics, hydrostatics, and electrical troubleshooting
- Welding experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age and insurable to drive by our carrier
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
