- Should be Strong in domain and end-to-end product knowledge.
- Should be competent in QA and technical skills.

- Should have excellent trouble shooting and debugging skills.

- Should have handled 30+ team members and multiple products.
- Should have worked on various technologies like .net, Angular JS, Cloud Platform, Docker, On Prem solutions.
- Should think out of the box and innovative ways of working with the team.
- Automation – Selenium, Web driver IO, TestNG, REST API automation.
- Automation - Should be able to build automation frameworks.
- Should be strong in taking complete accountability and ownership for deliverable and drive end-to-end for deliverable
