Agilysys provides enterprise software, services, and solutions for the hospitality industry in North America, Europe, and Asia.  Products include points-of-sale, property management, inventory and procurement, analytics solutions, and mobile and wireless solutions that are designed to improve efficiency and enhance the guest experience.  We serve casinos, resorts, hotels, and foodservice venues.


  • Provide support to project management function. 
  • Communicate any issues, problems, or additional information to project managers and project stakeholders and recommend solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate project timeline and activity via project management software and report on progress to project managers and leadership.
  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
  • Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Conducts work assignments as directed.
  • Closely supervised with little latitude for independent judgment.


  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 0-3 years of relevant Project Coordinator work experience.
  • Basic skill set and proficiency in project management philosophy.
  • Exposure to project management and intermediate knowledge in PM applications: Smartsheet, JIRA, ADO, Confluence, etc. (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking, time-management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Dedication to customer service is a must.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, more specifically SharePoint, and PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, etc.
  • Speed and accuracy in work and can maintain focus.
  • Takes initiative, displays a strong work ethic, and maintains a positive attitude.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.
  • Attention to details even under pressure.

Must be willing to complete all license applications, background checks, security checks and/or any other documentation and provide copies of any identification documents required by any State, Federal or Tribal governmental agency to maintain compliance with their laws and to successfully perform in the role.
