Description

ActioNet is looking for a Deputy Project Manager/IT Support Lead with an opportunity for our Metro Washington, DC area location. ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and the Department of Defense. As a DPM and IT Lead, you will provide leadership to the team in the areas of IT support services including deskside and regional remote support in an ITIL-based services contract.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction for Project and Program management staff, providing client and project management support, leading to high-quality client delivery.
• Oversee the onsite Deskside support services to the customer Headquarters as well as all of the Regional Offices and Resident inspector sites 

Qualifications

• ITIL Foundations Level (or higher) Certification
• Experience working with Help Desk Topic Areas described in this PWS, with an emphasis on Deskside Service Operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• TOP SECRET OR SECRET
