What We Offer
• Base Salary: $52,000 to $65,000 depending on experience
• Performance Bonuses: $10,000 to $20,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (with claw back terms)

Some Office Manager roles may require travel between practices.
What You Will Do
• Oversee daily office operations and patient experience
• Manage scheduling, patient retention, and overall office performance
• Lead staffing, coaching, and team development
• Partner with HR on employee relations, hiring, and compliance
• Handle budgeting, reporting, ordering, and supply management
• Support orthodontic and general dental teams
• Ensure compliance with state dental and safety regulations
• If you are managing an orthodontic specialty office, you may travel between nearby orthodontic locations as part of your regular responsibilities
• Manage scheduling, patient retention, and overall office performance

• Experience in medical or dental office management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage teams and improve performance
• Weekend availability as needed
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
