💰 Incentives & Pay

🎯 Monthly bonus opportunities
🎉 $750 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates
💲 Starting pay: $15–$17+ per hour, depending on experience

Final compensation will be discussed following the interview and a complete review of the candidate’s experience, skills, background, and qualifications.

Formal dental assisting education is not required. We are open to training the right candidate!

🪥 About the Position

As a Float Hygiene Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our hygienists and dental teams at both the Centennial and Simmons offices.

You will help keep the hygiene schedules running efficiently while supporting excellent patient care, smooth patient transitions, and the overall flow of both offices.

Candidates must be comfortable traveling between the two locations based on scheduling and coverage needs.

🦷 Responsibilities May Include

🦷 Preparing treatment rooms for hygiene appointments
😁 Assisting with patient care and comfort
🧼 Sterilizing instruments and following infection-control standards
📋 Supporting charting and documentation as needed
📅 Assisting with scheduling flow and patient transitions
🪥 Turning over rooms between patients
🤝 Supporting hygienists and other team members throughout the day
✨ Maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming clinical areas
🚗 Floating between the Centennial and Simmons offices as needed

🌱 Entry-level candidates are welcome! We are willing to train the right person. If you have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn, this could be a great opportunity for you!

✅ Dependable and comfortable working at both locations
✅ Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but not required
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Ability to multitask in a busy dental environment
✅ Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
✅ Willingness to learn and grow
✅ Professional, friendly, and caring approach toward patients
✅ CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
✅ Reliable transportation between locations
✅ Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
