📍 Open Position – Reno, Nevada
🦷 Dental Assistant – General Practice
💲 Starting at $17+/hour (DOE – Depending on Experience)
In this role, you’ll provide chairside support, assist during procedures, help maintain efficient clinical flow, and create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. 💙
📋 Key Responsibilities
🦷 Assist dentists chairside during restorative and preventive procedures
🦷 Prepare, disinfect, and maintain treatment rooms before and after patients
🦷 Take and process dental X-rays (as permitted by certification)
🦷 Help support patient flow and ensure patient comfort during visits
🦷 Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting
🦷 Sterilize instruments and manage clinical supply inventory
🦷 Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-op instructions
🦷 Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
🦷 Deliver compassionate, efficient care in a fast-paced clinical environment

✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ Dental assisting experience preferred (but not required for all roles)
✔️ Strong communication and multitasking skills
✔️ Positive, team-oriented attitude
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
✔️ CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
✔️ Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus 🌟
