🧭 Treatment Coordinator
This is a key front office role that directly impacts patient trust, case acceptance, and overall office success 💙
📋 Responsibilities
• 🦷 Review and clearly present treatment plans
• 📑 Explain insurance coverage and financial responsibilities
• 💳 Discuss payment options confidently with patients
• 📅 Coordinate scheduling and support smooth office flow
• 🤍 Ensure patients feel informed, supported, and comfortable moving forward with care

💰 Pay
• $20 – $24 per hour (DOE)
⭐ What We’re Looking For
• 🦷 Dental front office experience required
• 📊 Experience with treatment planning and dental insurance
• 💬 Comfortable discussing financial arrangements
• 🧠 Strong organization and communication skills
• 🌎 Bilingual Spanish preferred
