The Opportunity

The Senior Global Commissions Analyst position will report to the Sr. Finance Systems and Operations Manager to support growing business needs. The Senior Global Commissions Analyst will be a crucial part of helping the company run day-to-day and monthly business-critical Commissions processes. There will be a high level of cross-departmental collaboration between the Finance, Marketing, IT, Customer Support, and Field Development teams.


The ideal candidate will be self-disciplined and motivated in an environment that requires creativity and strong attention to detail.



  • Audit monthly commission calculations and payout data, including operational data.
  • Document current processes and implement new audit strategies.
  • Generate reports on performance, earnings and bonuses payouts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Support the monthly and weekly calculation processes for Field Programs and Promotions.
  • Support the monthly and weekly processing and reporting of bonuses and incentive rewards.
  • Audit FX rates as it relates to global markets commissions disbursements.
  • Maintain records of exceptions and manual corrections to the monthly commission runs.
  • Quality test new Commission code deployments to ensure uninterrupted business flow and data accuracy.
  • Work with Customer Support to investigate Commissions issues and ensure resolutions are delivered in an accurate and in a timely manner. Foster relationship to assure Commissions processes are in line with what is being done on the ground level.
  • Participate in internal meetings with Compliance, Customer Support, and Field Development and bring commissions knowledge for appropriate insight/input. Must have a thorough knowledge of compensation plan and all account/customer issues.
  • Work with IT and PMO to investigate Commissions issues and ensure resolutions are delivered in an accurate and in a timely manner. This includes tracking bug fixes via JIRA.
  • Partner with Accounting during month-end close on Commissions and Commissions related expense bookings and accruals
  • Support Commissions Finance processes in Global Markets, Canada, Australia and Japan.
  • Support strategic initiatives relating to the expansions in new markets.
  • Prepare accurate, timely and insightful monthly and periodic Variance Analysis and Management Reporting to Executive Management
  • Manage and develop processes for country specific tax requirements in new market
  • Interface with Vendor partners to ensure smooth processes and transitions
  • Assist in quality assurance and defining testing strategy and risks. Provide significant contributions in the testing and debugging of new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
  • Contribute in translating program requirements into commissions processes
  • Collaborate with Reporting team and BI team to establish reporting needs and continued enhancement
  • Assist in streamlining current processes
  • Manage unclaimed property for Consultants and ensure timely state filings
  • Quality test new SKUS to ensure correct pricing and values
  • Review various types of Commission Analysis prepared by the Commission Specialist to ensure valid data


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mathematics, Accounting or Finance or other majors with equivalent Business Analysis experience.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as Business Analyst or Financial Analyst.
  • Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel (ability to do Pivot Table, vlookup, etc) and PowerPoint presentation creation.

  • Previous experience with large data sets is a plus
  • Experience with SQL preferably in Big Query is a plus.
  • Direct Selling / Network Marketing industry experience or knowledge is a plus
