Job Overview  
Are you ready to be an integral part of our team? We're seeking a Service Support Specialist- Office Manager to be the backbone of our branch, tackling a variety of tasks across all departments. This a full-time in-person position. 
Primary Responsibilities 
  • Task Maestro: Answering phones, assisting dispatch, along with creating work orders, maintaining billing notes, and inputting new equipment data.
  •  Office Maven: Bill customers, third-party or manufacturers for services. Handle clerical duties like scanning, filing, and managing daily mail.
  •   Customer Champion: Resolve any customer issues. Maintain strong internal and external customer relations. Assists in estimates.
  • Adaptable Dynamo: Embrace new challenges assigned by the Branch Manager.
Basic Qualifications
Billing/customer service experience
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
  •  PC and MS Office Proficiency (Excel / Word / Outlook)
  •  Efficient time management to handle multiple projects simultaneously including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively to meet all deadlines
  • Ability to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team
  • Self-motivated, with a proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Demands
  • Office Oasis: Primarily, work in a typical office environment.
  • Occasional Lifting: Light lifting of office equipment, supplies, and boxes may be needed.
  • Balanced Posture: A mix of sitting, walking, and standing throughout your day.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortably operate computers and office equipment.
