Commercial Kitchen Equipment Parts Support Clerk Opportunity in San Antonio, Texas! 

Commercial Kitchen is looking for a qualified Commercial Kitchen Equipment Parts Support Clerk for our San Antonio Branch. This role involves assisting our Service Technicians by communicating with them on-site to understand the machine's mechanics and retrieving any necessary parts to help them complete their repairs or tasks.

What does a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Parts Support Clerk do?      

• Support Service Technicians by researching parts, placing orders for parts needed or pulling parts from inventory to complete jobs.
• Compile and submit estimates per process that is in place
• Login and handle warranty parts and paperwork
• Communicate with Dispatchers when necessary
• Reconcile and distribute petty cash
• Assist the Inventory Clerks when needed
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.
• Any other duties as assigned

• Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications
• Work successfully in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.
• Establish and maintain tactful, courteous, and effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public.
• Be a self-motivator, be decisive and take the initiative to do what is needed.
• Must be efficient and organized to handle multiple task assigned at the same time.
• Must be able to work overtime, holidays, nights and weekends when needed.
