Northwest Center is looking for a Director to oversee our Administrative Support team!  

The Director is responsible for managing, coordinating, and leading all aspects of a blended support services operation. Providing general direction and support to 120+ staff across 35 buildings in Seattle. This critical role is responsible for developing and implementing new service initiatives and staffing recommendations, defining and achieving performance metrics, ensuring that applicable customer requirements and quality delivery is maintained, and fostering a positive working relationships with other internal departments as well as with clients and vendors to promote collaboration, awareness of mutual dependencies, and alignment of goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; graduate degree preferred
  • 3 years Customer Service, Call Center and or Management Experience
  • 3 years Team Management experience in similar work environment
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in basic excel spreadsheets, word, outlook, and SharePoint
  • Strong people manager, open to direction with a collaborative working style
  • Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
  • Knowledge of property management and experience in organizational effectiveness and best practices
