Creative Strategy Coordinator

About Your Role:

Are you a resourceful, pro­active, quick learner who thrives in a team environment? The Creative Strategy Coordinator will support a team of (1) Vice President, (2) Directors, (1) Senior Manager, and (1) Manager responding to the needs of our advertising partners. 

About Your Contributions: 

  • Assist in the development of meeting presentations and RFPs (request for proposal) including taking meeting notes/recaps, coordinating with Design team on mockups, and developing slides for pitch decks 
  • Make monthly updates of sales presentation materials, media kits, and the corporate website 
  • Act as a liaison with internal departments including Sales, Account Management, Data Sciences & Research, Design, Editorial, Video, and Revenue Ad Product 
  • Develop sales collateral including Case Studies, onesheets, and data-driven stories 

About You:

  • 0-2 years of experience with an understanding of marketing fundamentals, digital publishing/media, branded content, and research 
  • Advanced PowerPoint, presentation design, and writing skills 
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive problem solver who gets things done with a positive attitude
