Sr. Project Manager
Manage the execution of one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity (quality,
scope, schedule, cost, communication, resource issues, risks and customer satisfaction).
Serves as primary point-of-contact by establishing, maintaining and managing customer, subcontractor,
and joint venture partner's expectations (where applicable) relating to project performance.
Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work
efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review, and escalating
functionality, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
Coordinates communication with all areas of the organization that impacts the scope, budget, risk and
resources of the work effort being managed.
Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments
if necessary during project cycle.
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and
troubleshoot problem areas.
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to
take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and
unsuccessful project elements.
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Ensure all environmental, health and safety policies and procedures are followed.
Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
