Sr. Project Manager

 Manage the execution of one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity (quality,
scope, schedule, cost, communication, resource issues, risks and customer satisfaction).
 Serves as primary point-of-contact by establishing, maintaining and managing customer, subcontractor,
and joint venture partner's expectations (where applicable) relating to project performance.
 Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work
efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review, and escalating
functionality, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
 Coordinates communication with all areas of the organization that impacts the scope, budget, risk and
resources of the work effort being managed.
 Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments
if necessary during project cycle.
 Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and
troubleshoot problem areas.
 Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
 Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to
take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
 Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
 Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and
unsuccessful project elements.
 Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
 Ensure all environmental, health and safety policies and procedures are followed.
 Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
