  • Develop sales revenue/opex budgets, sales and marketing strategies and forecasts for PV system.
  • Implement business strategies and initiatives of sales channel management and consolidation
  • Responsible for the management and execution of assigned projects, including interfacing with other company departments or functional groups to ensure projects meet revenue, market share, margin and performance goals
  • Create sales literatures to promote PV modules, inverters and energy storage systems
  • Lead and develop staff to meet organizational goals and objectives
  • Oversee all section activities
  • Be the main guide for the section to help on strategy and coaching of staff to effectively use time and effort
  • Collect market information such as competitors’ products/pricing/strategies
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as competitive positioning of the company.
  • Responsible of maintaining a stable and effective profit margin for the section
