We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Advertising Systems Product Management to lead the strategic development and execution of our advertising systems technology product strategy.  
Job Summary: 
As the Director of Advertising Systems Product Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, optimization, and execution of our advertising systems and platforms. You will lead a cross-functional team to drive innovation, deliver cutting-edge advertising solutions that optimize user experience, drive revenue, and strengthen our market position.   
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for our advertising systems product portfolio, aligning with overall business objectives, market trends and customer needs. 
  • Partner with product, engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless development, launch, and ongoing optimization of advertising products. 
  • Champion innovation in advertising systems, integrating emerging technologies, and exploring new opportunities in areas such as programmatic advertising, AI-driven optimization, and data privacy. 
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team and cross-functional contributors, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring the successful delivery of product initiatives. 
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, ensuring products meet performance, revenue, and user experience targets. 
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners to align on objectives and gain support for initiatives. 
  • Oversee product development budgets, resource allocation, and prioritization of initiatives to ensure efficient use of time and investment. 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 
  • Minimum of 10+ years in product management, with a focus on advertising technology, ad platforms, or programmatic advertising. 
  • Proven experience leading and scaling complex advertising systems in a fast-paced environment. 
  • In-depth knowledge of the advertising ecosystem, order-to-cash, including direct deals, programmatic advertising, demand-side platforms (DSPs), data management platforms (DMPs), ad exchanges and measurement tools. 
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and industry best practices. 
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and measure impact. 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously. 
  • A forward-thinking approach to identifying and driving the adoption of new technologies and market trends. 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Familiarity with advertising measurement frameworks and performance analytics tools. 
  • Background in building and scaling global advertising platforms. 
  • Ability to navigate complex, dynamic environments with a high degree of adaptability.  
  • Experience with AI/ML in the context of advertising technologies.

The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $156,188 - $200,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits, and can vary if outside of this location. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
