Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce end-to-end development and hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in building scalable applications, integrating multiple systems, and delivering innovative business solutions. Experience with Salesforce development is mandatory.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Salesforce Development 
    • Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, Triggers).
    • Implement Salesforce integrations with external/internal systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.
    • Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal performance and security compliance.
    • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
  • Full Stack Development 
    • Develop scalable front-end applications (React, Angular, or Lightning Web Components) and robust back-end services (Node.js, Java, or equivalent).
    • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless data exchange across platforms.
    • Work with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
    • Ensure responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
  • ServiceNow (Preferred) 
    • Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM).
    • Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and custom applications in ServiceNow.
    • Support integrations between ServiceNow and Salesforce or other enterprise systems.
  • General 
    • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
    • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in Salesforce, ServiceNow, and full stack development.
    • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, APIs, SOQL, Flows).
  • Proven experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.) and back-end development (Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python).
  • Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and integration patterns.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, or other version control and CI/CD tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow development experience (preferable).
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II)
  • ServiceNow certifications (optional).
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale, multi-cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
