  • No, you are not able to update information once your application is submitted. Please be sure that your application materials are updated and accurate prior to submission.

  • Can I apply to multiple positions?

  • Yes, we welcome your application to all positions with which your interests and qualifications align.

  • Does WRI consider candidates who need visa sponsorship?

  • WRI requires work authorization for all positions. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for most job opportunities. In positions where we can consider applicants regardless of work status, we will discuss options with candidates. Recruitment Process

  • Once I apply for a position, when should I expect to hear from WRI?

  • You should expect to hear from us via email if we’re interested in your application. The hiring timeline for each position varies greatly, so we’re unable to provide a specific timeline. Most full-time positions are filled within three to four months, and we notify all applicants when positions are filled.

  • Can I check the status of my application?

WRI will contact you during the interview process if we are interested in your application. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we are unable to respond to email inquiries in a timely manner or receive phone calls.

  • Will I be notified once the position is filled?

  • Yes, we will notify all applicants once the position is filled.

  • Do you require references? If so, how many?

  • We will request references from you directly if you are a finalist for a position. It is not necessary to submit references with your application.
