We’re seeking a dependable and self-motivated Assistant Property Manager/Maintenance Manager to join our team in the Lexington, KY area.
Position Details:
- Location: Parkway Manor, 431 Rogers Road P-2, Lexington, KY 40505
- Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour, plus monthly cell phone reimbursement
Qualifications:
- Customer service or administrative experience required
- Property management experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong multitasking and communication abilities
- Steady work history and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel for training
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Tax Credit Recertifications
- Conduct daily property inspections (exteriors, grounds, hallways)
- Manage groundskeeper tasks for productivity
- Issue and track work orders
- Handle move-out processes and inspections
- Walk vacant units with maintenance and complete checklists
- Assist with monthly pest control inspections and document violations
- Manage housekeeping notices and updates
- Coordinate tow notices and vendor communications
- Conduct quarterly unit inspections
- Oversee the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program and related paperwork
- Collaborate on supply orders and vendor management
