COMPENSATION:
ALC I:
- Hourly: Starting at $22.02 - $27.52 per hour depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $45,801 - $57,241.
- Bonus: Average monthly bonus potential of $1,000 - $1,500, based on performance, with an average annual potential of $12,000 - $18,000.
- Total Annual Compensation Potential:
- $57,801 ($45,801 base + $12,000 bonus)
- $75,241 ($57,241 base + $18,000 bonus)
RSM I:
- Hourly: Starting at $31.91 or $66,372 annually. The full range is $31.91 - $39.88 depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
- Bonus: Average monthly bonus potential is 20% of base salary paid out quarterly.
- Total Starting Annual Compensation Potential:
- $79,646 ($66,372 + 13,274 bonus potential)
