Day to Day:
- Perform all front desk tasks including administrative tasks
- Respond to all incoming/outgoing telephone calls via switchboard
- Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents, prospects, and vendors
- Work weekends to be available when prospective residents are out looking for their new home. 2-3 weekends per month required
Your Skills:
- Property management/hospitality experience is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
- A customer-focused mentality
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced leasing & sales office

Hourly: Starting range is $22 - $24 per hour with an annual potential of $45,760 - $49,920. For tenured associates, the full range is $22 - $27.70 depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
Bonus: Average monthly bonus potential is $500 per quarter or $2,000 annual potential.
Total Starting Annual Compensation Potential:
• $47,760 ($45,760 + $2,000 bonus potential)
• $51,920 ($49,420 + $2,000 bonus potential)
