Job Purpose and Function
Looking to flex your creative muscles and grow your marketing skills? Join Dash In and Splash In as our next Marketing Specialist (Temp)! You’ll help boost our brand presence, create engaging content, and support exciting events and new store openings. It’s the perfect role for a recent graduate or early-career marketer ready to make an impact and learn from a passionate, collaborative team.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Keep our locations visible and accurate online by managing and optimizing Google, Apple Maps, and other business listings with fresh photos, FAQs, and descriptions.
- Capture authentic photo and video content for use across social and web channels.
- Support Dash In and Splash In grand openings and community events through hands-on planning and on-site coordination.
- Review and update content on dashin.com and splashin.com, improving SEO and user experience.
- Track signage and creative materials to ensure brand consistency across all locations.
What We’re Looking For
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Two or more years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital campaigns (agency or corporate experience preferred).
- Familiarity with paid social, content marketing, or digital advertising platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to take ideas from concept to completion.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, design, and connecting with communities.
- Willingness to travel for events, store openings, and shoots as needed.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
- Willing to complete a background check in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
Availability and Travel
This is a temporary, hybrid role following our company schedule:
- In office: Tuesday through Thursday
- Remote: Monday and Friday
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
