As an Associate Project Manager within our Architecture team, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team and accountable for the successful delivery of your projects, including scope, schedule and budget. You will be a primary point of contact for assigned projects, leading project level communication between India and US contacts, providing regular updates and reports regarding progress, and managing all assigned project deliverables through closeout. Primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee assigned projects in accordance with internal performance and business metrics, client requirements and project scope, schedule and budget
- Manage daily operations across your projects to ensure seamless workflow, process, and communication
- Lead internal and external project reviews, assess the team's progress, and implement corrective measures as required
- Provide regular project updates regarding progress completion, budget adherence and scope alignment to internal stakeholders and key client contacts
- Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver all assigned work and hold teams accountable for its performance
Location: We are open to hiring for remote work from any location in India.
Schedule: Our work hours are Monday - Friday, 10AM - 7PM. No weekend work hours.
Necessary Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- 7+ years work experience in architectural building design and working on production of construction and bid documents
- 5+ years experience managing and coordinating architectural activities within an assigned team
- 5+ years experience managing architectural projects with progressive levels of responsibility
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is preferred
- Prior experience working on architectural projects based in the US is preferred
- Excellent time management, and organizational skills are necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Must have the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate where appropriate
- Experience working on architectural projects in related client industries such as restaurant, grocery, retail, and/or healthcare
