Our History
1966
Jack Wallick and Sandy Goldston form construction company.
1969
Development and property management areas entered.
1986
Wallick builds Waterford Tower, Columbus' first residential downtown high-rise.
1989
Wallick develops Indian Mound Apartments, the first Fannie Mae tax credit community in the country.
1995
Founder Jack Wallick passes away. Sandy Goldston becomes CEO.
2006
Julie Wallick and Howard Wallick acquire majority interest in company. Tom Feusse becomes CEO.
2008
Wallick grows to 675 associates and manages 8,000 unites in 110 communities, both for its own portfolio and for third-party owners.
2009
Wallick and Stern-Hendy Properties merge to become the largest provider of affordable housing in Ohio.
2011
Wallick adds 2,000 units, increasing the portfolio to nearly 14,000 units.
2015
Wallick completes The Grove, in Toledo, OH, its first memory care community.
2016
Wallick celebrates 50 years in business
2017
After 34 years in Reynoldsburg, Wallick moves its corporate office to New Albany, OH
2019
Wallick has a landmark year, securing funding for nine development projects
2021
Amy Albery becomes CEO. Wallick expands its footprint to the Carolinas and Pennsylvania.
2023
Wallick grows to 1,100 associates, 200 communities, 15,000 units, 30,000 residents, and 9 senior living communities.
