Position Overview: We're looking for a passionate, strategic, and visionary leader to guide and direct their team to deliver exceptional results across our affordable housing portfolio as a Regional Vice President. This role is crucial in ensuring our properties are managed with the highest standards, focusing on employee satisfaction, resident satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance.
 
What We're Looking For:
  • 8+ years of property management experience, with at least 5 years in an operational and people leadership role within the industry. Experience in affordable housing (LIHTC, Sec 8, HUD) industry is preferred.
  • A deep understanding of the value of leading people to achieve greater results through an associate driven servant leadership style.
  • You are savvy with Yardi reporting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations governing public housing.
  • Strong leadership skills and a collaborative spirit with support teams (finance, asset management, HR, Marketing) and direct reports.
  • Experience marketing communities is a plus.
  • Applicable real estate licenses.
  • CPM designation is a differentiator and highly desired.
How You Make and Impact: As our Regional Vice President, you'll:
  • Lead and guide Regional Managers in managing our associates and affordable housing communities.
  • Ensuring associate engagement and resident satisfaction is high.
  • Maintain positive relationships with community owners, business partners, and government agencies.
  • Achieve financial objectives for the portfolio.
  • Hire talented candidates and support their career development as associates.
  • Manage and communicate vital information with residents and associates.
  • Oversee policy and procedure development for property management.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding of communities within the portfolio as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
