Position Summary: In accordance with the Wallick Mission and Values, the Move-In Coordinator will provide administrative support for the move-ins for Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.
Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in an administrative and customer relations role.
- Proficiency in operating a computer and Microsoft Office Software.
- Social media experience a plus
Functions and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for move-in process upon receipt of community fees
- Conducts tours as needed
- Daily Review of new resident checklist
- Coordinates move in dates with families and movers (if needed)
- Works with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure units are move in ready.
- Enters inquiry form data into Yardi.
- Organizes and completes move in packages and upload to Yardi.
- Assist with Community Social Media direction
- Assist with collection of Medicaid Waiver application documentation.
Physical Demands: Position requires work to be preformed in an office setting. Extensive use of a computer, Keyboard, and mouse; requires talking, seeing, and hearing. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment: Work takes place in an office setting with moderate noise levels. Occasional travel may be required.
