About the role:

What you'll do:
- Client assessments
- Provide primary care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Medication administration
- Wound care
- Chronic Disease Management, e.g. diabetes care and education
- Specimen collection
- Rehabilitative programs
- Palliative Care
- And many other critical nursing skills
What we're looking for:
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the province of practice
- Community health experience is an asset
- Must enjoy driving, have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- A current and original copy of a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check required
- Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
