Visionist is looking for a Program Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to assist the Program Management Office (PMO) in managing the day-to-day operations of a 170+ FTE prime contract. In this role, you will work closely with the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Staffing Manager, Contracts Manager, and Technical Leads of the contract to ensure organizational needs are satisfied to include scheduling, facilities support, and spreadsheet maintenance. Responsibilities: 
  - Manage the data input and generation of the Monthly Status Report deliverable
  - Support the Facility Manager with coordinating workshops and managing seating
  - Coordinate recognition, training, and team events, as well as teammate meetings
  - Manage technical staff training​ requests and stakeholder register updates 
  - Act as a back-up Staffing Manager for interview coordination and set up, as well as aid in the onboarding of all new hires
  - Coordinate the addition of new teammates to the contract    

Requirements: 
  - Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
  - 3-5 years of experience in program/office/administrative coordination desired
  - Experience with Microsoft Office Tool Suite, including intermediate Excel experience
  - Strong ability to work within tight deadlines, prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast-moving environment
  - Keen attention to detail while implementing and following processes
  - Desire to learn about and/or manage other facets of the PMO as necessary
  - Familiarity with government contracting and clearance processing preferred
