Visionist has an exciting new, fully opportunity for a Software Engineer on our PRIME contract. Visionist’s software developers perform reverse engineering and low-level development to identify vulnerabilities and develop migrations/solutions across a wide range of devices and software. This mission is supporting our most recent prime contract award. If you like working on a NEW contract, then this is the place for you!

Your contributions are…
- Develop system documentation for how cloud-based application works
- Develop modifications to add new functionality to existing cloud-based applications
- Work with a product team to analyze cloud-based applications
Requirements for your new career…
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
- 7 years of experience in software development
- Experience with Rust and Python
- Experience with open-source products that support highly distributed, massively parallel provisioning, computation, and data storage
- Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Hive, OpenStack, Ceph, Salt, and/or Terraform
- Experience with data serialization formats such as JSON and Parquet
- 7 years of experience in software development
- Experience with Rust and Python
- Experience with open-source products that support highly distributed, massively parallel provisioning, computation, and data storage
- Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Hive, OpenStack, Ceph, Salt, and/or Terraform
- Experience with data serialization formats such as JSON and Parquet
