Overview of the Role 
The purpose of the Marketing and Communications Internship is to provide hands-on experience, allowing students to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting.  
The Marketing and Communications Intern (MarComm Intern) is expected to:  
  • Develop their skills through gaining practical skills relevant to the scope of marketing relative to the industry  
  • Explore potential marketing careers and understand the roles within the marketing team  
  • Create network with professionals for future opportunities  
  • Build resume and ensure employability with real-world experience  
By assisting in the delivery of marketing needs, the intern helps drive the company's marketing and communication objectives while promoting strong relationships with stakeholders. 
 
Main duties include:  
  • Assisting in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns. 
  • Conducting market research and analyzing trends. 
  • Creating and scheduling social media posts. 
  • Helping with email marketing and newsletters. 
  • Assisting in organizing events and promotional activities. 
  • Writing blog posts, articles, and press releases.  
  • Supporting internal and external communication efforts.  
  • Monitoring and responding to social media inquiries.  
  • Assisting in the creation of presentations and reports.  
  • Collaborating with teams to maintain brand consistency. 
  
 Successful applicants should: 
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Management, Mass Communications, or any related field  
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team  
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Good ethics and integrity in handling confidential information

  • Memorandum of Agreement from the School   
  • NBI Clearance   
  • Latest study load   
  • Willing to undergo at least 350 hours (or what is prescribed by the school) of practicum training on a 7 AM to 4 PM PHT, Monday to Friday 
  • Willing to report in our Cebu Office
