About the Role:
We’re looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Senior Business Insights Lead to turn complex data into strategic business insights that influence high-level decisions across VBP. This role is key in shaping our direction through data storytelling, financial performance analysis, and operational reporting.

You'll collaborate with leaders across departments to deliver meaningful analytics, dashboards, and reports that support business planning, workforce strategy, and client delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial, operational, and people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Design and maintain dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Fathom) and automated reporting tools.
- Deliver insights to support performance reviews, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Translate complex data into compelling narratives for executive and operational leaders.
- Support change initiatives and workforce planning with scenario modelling and impact analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and aligned KPIs.
- Mentor analysts and promote data literacy across the business
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or similar (postgrad a plus).
- 5–8 years in analytics, business insights, or financial reporting roles.
- Strong experience working with large datasets and cross-functional business units.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, strategic mindset, and leadership capability.
