This Position

This role provides specialized assistance to customers regarding support of services purchased. Establish trusting relationships with customers resulting in loyalty and referrals.

Maintain existing revenue streams by increasing customer satisfaction

• Identify opportunities for new revenue through contact with current customers

Decrease the likelihood of customer cancellation by increasing VikingCloud value reate and update customer records in Salesforce for accurate tracking of customer communications to ensure an excellent customer experience

Responsibilities

Outbound calling customers, follow scripts, track customer communication in Salesforce.

  • Create and update customer records in Salesforce for accurate tracking of customer communications to ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the service process. 
  • Communication of all customer-related issues will also be directed to sales management to ensure a seamless flow of information and ability to create repeatable problem solving.
  • Additional possible projects include preparing support materials for sales calls; contacting potential partners, performing internet research; handling sales rep follow-up calls; system clean-ups; mailings and mail merges; and performing a variety of clerical functions and data entry.
  • Implement the account management process to touch the customer in the appropriate intervals.
  • Delivering a service not just a product.
  • Confer with customers by telephone about products or services educating them on usage and steps to achieve, demonstrate, and maintain compliance.
  • Build trusting relationships through multiple customer contacts to resolve problems, upsell services, and referrals.
  • Assist sales team in demonstrating Online Portals for potential and existing customers.
  • Assist Operations in project management of accounts
  • Knowledge of other customers to back-up account management team when needed.
  • Ability to research and identify customer details using Salesforce, CSM, internal groups, and the internet.
  • Conduct QBR meetings.
  • Travel may be required

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Account Management experience.
  • Experience in the Cybersecurity and Compliance field is preferred.
  • Experience with MS Office Professional, Salesforce and Outbound tools.
  • Good interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interact with a wide variety of people. 
  • Must have professional demeanor and ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to function independently with minimum supervision.
  • 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred.
