Job Summary: Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator
The Microsoft 365 Administrator's main responsibility is to design, implement and support various types of Microsoft 365 hosted application services which enable collaboration, security, mobility, and analytics for Victaulic organization. 
The Microsoft 365 Administrator is a strong technical and analytical background, the ability to interface with all levels of customers, maintains a positive attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 
1.    Identify, research, recommend, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions and applications such as Teams, Office, Outlook, Flow, PowerApps, OneDrive, Bookings, and SharePoint.
2.    Serve as the Microsoft Outlook & Exchange administrator.
3.    Provide best practice advice and guidance to Victaulic environment related to email and related services. 
4.    Serve as the focal point of contact regarding new requests related to Microsoft Applications and related solutions to meet business needs.
5.    Develop, maintain, and update Microsoft 365 governance documentation. 
6.    Provide support to employees for technical and configuration issues related to Microsoft 365 applications.
7.    Implement compliance and enforce ownership of applications and site content with stakeholders. 
8.    Partner with vendor and other workgroups for the integration and testing of applications that support or integrate with Microsoft 365 applications. 
9.    Manage Microsoft 365 security administration in collaboration with the information security team. 
10. Stay current on Microsoft 365 changes, updates, and new releases and keep the campus informed on forthcoming changes. 
11. Provide system support and maintain uptime of applications within acceptable standards.
12. Ensure effective use of existing applications and deliver new solutions in a timely manner.
13. Provide application maintenance. 
14. Ensure compliance with license agreements and provide input to contracts for the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement and other Microsoft applications.
15. Provide training to support staff to facilitate the handling of Microsoft 365 support calls.
16. Provide Microsoft 365 application training to end-users including but not limited to Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive. 
17. Work with the various Victaulic Committees to ensure solutions implemented meet security accessibility requirements. 
18.Provide support for Proofpoint administration and security issues.
19. Perform other duties as assigned by Manger or Divisional leadership.
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
 
1.    Project management experience implementing Microsoft 365 solutions.
2.    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Exchange On-Premises servers is required for managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hybrid email environments.
3.    Knowledge of Microsoft Security using Active Directory, Azure Administration, and Microsoft 365 online groups. 
4.    Experience in the development of technical user documentation.
5.    Basic scripting and development skills using PowerShell.
6.    Demonstrated focus on customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a wide variety of audiences. 
7.    Evidence of strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and effective oral and written communication/public relation skills.
8.    Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
9.    Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
10. Ability to think creatively and put ideas into action.
11. Ability to make presentations to large audiences.
12. Personal integrity, honesty, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
13. Understanding of the mission, goals, and objectives of Victaulic organization.
 
 
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
 
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Microsoft 365 Administration.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of active, hands-on experience in Azure cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience actively implementing cloud solutions and using Azure services.
