Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team as a contractor. As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, build, test, and deploy scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Service Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce tools. This role requires hands-on development expertise, particularly in building custom Lightning Web Components with JavaScript, and experience integrating and automating documents using Conga Composer. The developer collaborates with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
This position is NOT eligible for visa sponsorship or C2C. 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) using JavaScript, HTML, and Apex to meet specific business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Solution Analysts, Architects, and Consultants to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Build and configure Salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, flows, and Visualforce when needed.
  • Design and implement document automation solutions using Conga Composer for generating quotes, proposals, and agreements.
  • Design and maintain Experience Cloud sites, including audiences, and integrations with third-party apps such as Absorb.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Contribute to release management processes including version control, sandbox strategy, deployment scripts, and CI/CD tools.
  • Optimize application performance, conduct thorough testing and debugging of Apex and LWC components.
  • Perform data migrations and hygiene using SOQL, Data Loader, and/or Salesforce Inspector.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices, continuously enhance system functionality and maintainability with a focus on utilizing out-of-the-box features, capabilities, and extensibility.
 
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional hands-on Salesforce development experience with Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • 5+ years of professional hands-on Salesforce development experience building LWC components and Apex-based automation.
  • Obtained a certification for Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
  • Experience in SOQL, platform events, and Salesforce data architecture
  • Proficient in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Flows, Process Builder, Conga Composer, and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Knowledge of MuleSoft and integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft API endpoints
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
 
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Obtained certification for Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, and/or certifications related to Sales, Service, or Manufacturing Cloud
  • Experience using Conga Composer for document generation and automation within Salesforce workflows
  • Experience in React
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence
