Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs and support its growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  2. Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  3. Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  5. Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  6. Develop and implement innovative recruitment initiatives and campaigns to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent.
  7. Collaborate with HR colleagues on workforce planning, talent development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition and recruitment.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics to track performance and measure success.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent across various roles and levels.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software is a plus.
