Description

Logistic Specialist main responsibilities: 

• Handling export and import shipments according to customs procedures, including close cooperation with customs agencies
• Preparation and supervision of export and import documentation in accordance with customs procedures
• Conducting correspondence with the customs office 
• Reporting shipments in the M3 program 
• Organizing, negotiating and coordinating the transport process
• Cooperation with the customer service department in the field of transport organization
• Handling the courier shipment process 
• Cooperation with the accounting department in the field of documentation (invoices, export confirmation and other documentation
• Monitoring existing logistics processes in accordance with applicable internal procedures and completing files
• Preparing COM shipments in the system
• Handling the scrap acceptance process
