The Role
As a Sales & Pricing Analyst, you support pricing strategies and sales operations by managing data, analyzing requests, and ensuring accurate reporting. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales teams and internal departments, supporting various regions within the EMEA region.
What you will do
- Collaborate with sales management to onboard new accounts by providing necessary data and supporting the setup process. Ensure all relevant information is accurately entered into the ERP system to enable precise pricing, order processing, and reporting.
- Track and maintain contracts with distributors and contractors, ensuring terms and conditions are up-to-date and correctly applied.
- Provide pricing files and sales reports to customers and the sales team as requested and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Conduct pricing and margin analyses to support informed sales decisions.
- Analyze, process, and archive Special Pricing Agreements, ensuring correct entry into the ERP system. Monitor agreements, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Customer Care to resolve pricing issues and invoice disputes efficiently.
- Ensure accurate assignment of sales territories and markets for customers, projects, and orders to facilitate reliable sales reporting.
- Maintain and update the Sales Organization Structure to ensure accurate reporting and territory alignment.
- Assist Product and Sales Managers in developing pricing strategies for new products.
- Issue sales agreement credits and calculate End-of-Year bonuses
About you
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in an industrial, commercially-oriented environment, with a focus on sales and pricing analysis is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, energetic, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, mathematical, and logical thinking skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and data management.
- Structured, accurate, and computer-savvy.
- Good knowledge of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
