Responsibility：

1. Provide Engineering consulting support to sales organisation. This includes telephone and written correspondence, joint calls with sales personnel to address customer's technical inquiries and investigating field installations as to product usage and performance.
2. Address direct customer inquiries regarding Victaulic product features, benefits and applications. When appropriate, make joint calls with sales personnel to customer's facilities to address technical inquiries and seminars.
3. Investigate product performance issues at field installations and with returned materials.
4. Conduct training sessions with new Victaulic employees to educate them on the features and benefits of our products and services.
5. Serve as an internal resource on product issues, representing the customer’s needs. Communicate with Victaulic China or US team frequently and provide product performance feedback.
6. Continually update personal knowledge of Victaulic products, competitive products, and relevant markets.
7. When requested, provide assistance in local product regulatory matters.
8. Perform additional related projects as assigned by the Manager of Application Engineering.

Qualification：

1. Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related major.
2. Industrial experience from mining, fire protection or HVAC market, e.g. Consultant, System designer, or Construction.
3. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivation and desire to excel.
4. Willingness to travel overseas, including but not limited to Asia, Oceania and American.
5. Organisational skills and ability to set priorities.
6. Australian local standard/code (or equivalent organisation) committee member is a plus.
