Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for plan, organize, direct, and control the maintenance activities of the industrial plant (productive and non-productive processes, buildings, services, etc.), ensuring the availability, reliability, and safety of equipment, facilities, and production systems. Management is focused on guaranteeing operational continuity and meeting production, quality, safety, and cost objectives through the implementation of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies, the efficient use of resources, the development of the technical team, and continuous improvement of the area’s processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in the maintenance area within the manufacturing industry
- 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- Valid visa (mandatory)
- Availability to work flexible hours
Knowledge:
- Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
- Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems
- Maintenance of equipment, compressors, substations, buildings, etc.
- PLCs and drives
- Maintenance operations planning
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experience with MPS or similar maintenance management software
- Document management and process-oriented approach (ISO 9001:2015)
