Lead Veterinarian
Description
We’re entering an exciting new chapter.
Our clinic has undergone a genuine reset. We’ve built a more collaborative, well-supported, and clinically rewarding environment - and we’re looking for a Lead Veterinarian to continue on this journey with us!
This is a unique opportunity to step into a role where your voice matters. You’ll have the autonomy to influence clinical direction, mentor your team, and help continue to foster positive culture.
We’re looking for a people-focused clinician who enjoys collaboration and delivering high-quality care in a well-resourced setting alongside your supportive team!
Whether you’re a Senior Veterinarian thinking to step up into a Lead role, or an experienced Lead Vet seeking a better-aligned environment - we’d love to have a conversation and explore what the right next step looks like for you.
While the journey hasn’t always been easy, we’re proud of the progress we’ve made and the fresh start we’ve created. Backed by one of Australia’s largest and most respected veterinary networks, we now have the structure, support and shared purpose to build something truly special.
We’ve cultivated a vibrant, inclusive culture where collaboration and development are prioritised. Our team brings a diverse mix of clinical interests and experience, including a veterinarian with over 30 years’ experience and advanced TPLO done in-house.
As Lead Veterinarian, you’ll have the opportunity to guide and nurture the team while also collaborating with experienced colleagues who value shared learning. You’ll be supported by a dedicated and loyal team – including one of our lovely Vet receptionists of 20 years, who knows every client and patient and plays a vital role in maintaining our strong community connections.
