As Lead Veterinarian, you’ll have the opportunity to guide and nurture the team while also collaborating with experienced colleagues who value shared learning. You’ll be supported by a dedicated and loyal team - including our lovely Vet receptionist of 20 years, who knows every client and patient and plays a vital role in maintaining our strong community connections.

The Lead Veterinarian Opportunity

As our Lead Veterinarian, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and inspire the veterinary team while working closely with the Practice Manager to drive clinical standards and team development.

You will:

• Mentor and guide your team

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience

• BVSc (or equivalent) with Australian registration

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Leadership capability and a proactive mindset

• A warm, professional and positive approach
