Wilston Vet is seeking an experienced Lead Veterinarian to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. Located in the vibrant inner-north Brisbane suburb of Windsor, we're a well-established practice dedicated to providing the highest quality veterinary care with compassion and respect.

About you:
BVSc (or equivalent) with Queensland registration
5+ years' veterinary experience with demonstrated leadership confidence
Commitment to exceptional patient care and autonomous case management
Strong communication skills and warm, approachable leadership style
Passion for high-end diagnostic workups and complex case management
About the position: This is an exciting opportunity for a senior veterinarian to take on a leadership position in a fully equipped, modern veterinary practice. You'll lead and inspire our veterinary team with confidence and expertise, managing complex cases and high-end diagnostic workups independently while mentoring our dedicated team of four nurses. The role includes sole charge weekend coverage on a 1 in 4 roster, delivering exceptional patient care across all species and maintaining our collaborative, compassionate clinic culture.This is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover.
