Business Manager – Gladesville Veterinary Hospital (Full-Time)

About the role

As our Business Manager, you’ll take the lead on the clinic’s operational and commercial performance, partnering with our Lead Veterinarian to ensure excellence in both care and business outcomes.

You’ll shape strategy, build capability, and create a thriving, high-performing team culture. Starting with Gladesville, you’ll also have the chance to expand your impact across multiple sites as the business grows.

Your key responsibilities

• Drive financial performance and sustainable growth through strategic planning and data-driven insights

• Lead, coach, and empower a passionate team to deliver outstanding results

• Oversee daily operations, from rostering and payroll to client experience and compliance

• Collaborate with the Lead Veterinarian to align clinical excellence with business success

• Champion continuous improvement and innovation across the hospital

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in business or operational management (healthcare, veterinary, retail, or hospitality ideal)
